CULTURE CHANGE

Culture is a word thrown around a lot, but what does it really mean? 

At ICS we believe that the culture of an organization is defined by the behaviors of the people within the organization - especially the senior team.   Culture starts at the top and cascades throughout an organization.   While many have mission/vision/values for an organization, ICS helps senior teams do the hard work of living "into" a culture to make it come alive.

Our process is pretty simple:

  • Define who you want to "be"
  • Assess where you are currently along the continuum of evolving to the new culture
  • Do the hard work involved in realizing positive change.   It is an 18-24 month journey so ask yourself if you are really ready to do the work...and oh yeah, it can be fun along the way!

We are strong beleivers that if your culture is aligned, results oriented and provides clarity regarding your behavioral "operating system", it will be a force mulitplier towards your success as an organization - not only enhancing the profitablity of your company, but positively impacting the lives of your employees...at work and at home.
